Our Solution

1. Transition Operations to Google Workspace

First, we transition your existing back-of-house business operations software into a fully integrated Google Workspace account that you own. This would include your email server, file storage, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, phone systems, video call systems and all other files into the Google environment. Tactically, and for example, Word files would transition to Docs, Excel to Sheets, PPT to Slides, Slack to Google Chat, and Zoom to Google Meet.

2. Define, Transform & Automate File Structures

Second, we take all of your existing folders and files, transition them to a new structured format with specific naming and filing conventions within Google Workspace Shared Drives. This creates the foundation for internal business automations and for future AI integration.

3. Deploy Internal Apps & Automation

Third, we create an internal database within Google Workspace to act as your single source of truth and use Google's internal Apps Script to create streamlined applications specific for your business. Your applications are now all connected to your company's Google Workspace account, enabling connection between all of your Google applications (email, Docs, Sheets, etc) to your internal business applications. The goal is to get away from using files and folders and instead just tell the apps what you want.

About Smart Patrol

Smart Patrol Interactive (SPI) was formed as a software company in 2019. By 2025, we recognized that a majority of companies who were performing services were spending a huge portion of their time and energy just on file management and had no single source of truth within their organizations. Disaggregated softwares were used for different tasks such as managing customers, managing projects, and managing accounting.
